4 chicken breast chicken breast

0.25 cup dijon mustard

0.25 cup honey

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.25 teaspoon black pepper

4 potato medium-sized potato cut into wedges

2 cup broccoli florets

7 steps Ready in about 45 minutes

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them. Use a brush or the back of a spoon to evenly coat the chicken.

4. In a separate baking dish, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

5. Place both the chicken and potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

6. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until tender.

7. Serve the honey mustard chicken with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
