For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips, pita chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.

    • Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Grease the Baking Dish:
    • Grease a baking dish (such as an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish) with olive oil to prevent sticking.

  1. Bake the Dip:
    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  2. Serve:
    • Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
    • Serve the spinach artichoke dip with your choice of tortilla chips, pita chips, slices of bread, or vegetable sticks.

  • You can customize this recipe by adding additional ingredients like diced onions, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, or a sprinkle of extra cheese on top before baking.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, you can use a food processor to blend the ingredients until smooth before transferring to the baking dish.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days and reheated in the microwave or oven.
