Ingredients:

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips, pita chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Spinach and Artichokes:
    • Squeeze the excess water out of the thawed spinach.
    • Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
