Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Burger Seasoning:

  2. Shape and Season the Mini Patties:
    • In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef with about half of the prepared burger seasoning. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
    • Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into mini patties.
  3. Cook the Mini Patties:
    • Preheat a grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Season each patty with the remaining burger seasoning.
    • Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.

    • Cut the slider buns or dinner rolls in half.
