Matar Paneer Recipe in Dhaba Style


Recipe:


  • Oil
  • 2-3Sliced onions fry them till they turn brown in colour
  • Take them out and add
  • 1Tbsp Jeera
  • 1tbsp Ginger-garlic-green chilli chopped/paste
  • Sauté them
  • 1Cup Tomato Purée
  • Add the spices :
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Kitchen King
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Mix it well
  • Add 1/2cup water
  • Cook for 2 Minutes !
  • Now add the Boiled peas
  • Fried onion
  • Paneer pieces
  • Cook it for 2 Minutes
  • Add coriander leaves for garnishing

Your matar paneer is ready to be served.!
