  • 1/4 cup (60ml) whole milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Finely chop or shred the green cabbage.
    • Grate the carrots.
